Peach Glow Dragonfly Boxframe

This smaller frame is home to a Beaded Beasties dragonfly in shades of amber, gold and topaz coloured beads in a mix of new and recycled materials. It has acetate wings with a printed vein pattern.

A miniature environment has been created with raffia and leather cord, antiqued bead caps and a natural pebble while some golden gauze and a washer bead suggest the sun. It is all mounted on a printed watercolour-effect paper in peach shades.

This natural wood box frame is 19.5cm (7 3/4 ins) square on the front with an 18.3cm square recessed box behind. It is 3.5cm deep and has a hanging hook on the back.
