Intergalactic Dragon-flyer Artwork

This Intergalactic Dragon-flyer mixed media artwork captures the wonder of outer space. There’s a black hole, planetary bodies, satellites, a space station, a large ‘chunk of ice’ and a shower of shooting stars all created from upcycled beads and other jewellery pieces plus glass nuggets, sea glass and metallic mesh ribbon. It’s a great work of imagination being navigated by an intrepid dragonfly! It would be an ideal gift for any lover of outer space. It could be an exciting addition to a child’s bedroom but please note that this is NOT a toy.

The black box frame is 27 cm square and can be hung on the wall or displayed on a shelf. The white card mount sits immediately below the glass to give a sense of depth. The title of the work and my ‘DArT’ signature will be written in pencil along the bottom edge of the mount.
