Eurus Wind God Framed Print

This framed print of Eurus, Greek God of the East Wind is one of the four cardinal winds of ancient Greece. It is a second version created from my photograph of a statue known as the Antikythera Youth, which is in the National Archaeological Museum in Athens.

The image conveys something of the god’s character as an autumnal wind with its range of colours and a suggestion of changeability. The giclee print is approx 20 cm (7.9 ins) square and has been mounted and framed in black wood. The total size is 35 cm (13.75 ins) square.
