Delivery and Returns

We aim to despatch orders within 3 business days. Delivery time is not within our control. Orders are not normally shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

Shipping within the UK is free. UK deliveries are sent via Royal Mail or a carrier company.

You will receive an email message once your order has been dispatched.

Returns (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to return an item, please send us an email in the first instance to derrick(at)derrickarmitage(dot)com and we will confirm the return delivery address. Photographic evidence of any damage may be required.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  Any refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within ten working days.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to the recipient, any refund will be returned to the purchaser.

Returning an Item
The item will be your responsibility until it is safely received back by us. We strongly recommend, therefore, that you use a mailing service that provides adequate cover and proof of postage in case the parcel should go astray. No refund can be made if we do not receive the item back.
